Hi, I’m Curd and I want to help you Transform

I’m not here to give you empty wellness platitudes or half-assed motivation. I’m here to tell you that I know exactly what it means to claw your way out of a deep, dark hole.


Two years ago, at 54, I was damn near 400 pounds. Yeah, you read that right. I was carrying around almost 400 pounds of weight, of regret, of every excuse in the book. But I’d had enough. I hit the garage during Covid—when everyone else was shutting down, I was gearing up.

I spent 18 months in that cramped, gritty space, grinding down the weight, rep by rep, until I’d shed 139 pounds. I went from 398 to 259, and I’m not stopping.


People saw the change, and they started reaching out.

Folks I hadn’t heard from in years were messaging me, asking what the hell I was doing, asking if I could help them too. So I did. I started training men and women over 40 who were sick of feeling half-alive, people who wanted to find that next level, to feel powerful in their own skin again.

Now, I’m 56, in the best shape of my life, and it’s only getting better. Every damn day, I’m pushing myself to see just how far I can go. And it’s not just about muscle and fat loss—it’s about opening up new experiences, new happiness, new meaning.
